What are your holiday cutoff dates?
In order to receive your package by December 24th, please place your order by these dates:

It's after the cut off date, what can I do?
We have over 150 retailers all around the world. Please check our Retailer Page to see if there is a retailer near you who carries our products.
When will my products ship out?
We shoot to have products shipped out within one to three business days.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes between one and three days within the UK and up to seven days in the EU.
In some rare cases it can take up to 20 days to deliver to EU countries.
Why don't you guarantee shipping?
We can only guarantee what is in our control. We place our faith and trust in our shipping providers, but cannot guarantee their performance.
What are your postage and packing charges?
For orders in the UK and Europe…
- Standard, non-tracked shipping: £4.99
- Tracked shipping: £7.99 (UK), £9.99 (Europe), packages must be signed for.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes between one and three days within the UK and up to seven days in the EU.

What about duties and fees?
Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
What are your international shipping rates?
The price depends on your location, please use the shipping calculator in the cart.
Do you ship internationally?
YES! We have received and fulfilled orders from 6 continents and lots of different countries. Sometimes shipping internationally sucks and it takes a long time. Customs can hold up a package for a number of days. Be patient and give it at least 30 days. If you think it's stuck or lost in the mail, let us know by contacting us.

When are you going to ship my products?
If our products are in inventory we strive to ship out products within 24 hours. If an item is backordered we will ship the product out when we receive it. For multiple items (with one being backordered) we will group them together and ship them out together unless requested otherwise by you.

Do you sell products locally?
Our long term goal is to get our products in retail locations and barber shops and salons. If you know of a person who should carry our products, please have them contact us.
Can I return products?
You can return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded or online store coupon code sent to the original order shipping address.
When is your order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 12pm GMT will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm GMT will be processed the following business day. If for any reason we are unable to ship out your order within our standard timeframe, we will contact you immediately to notify you of any delays and ensure that you get your items as soon as possible.
